DESPATCH

Standard stock items will usually be despatched within 2 to 5 working days of the order being received by Lions Australia, subject to stock availability. However, Lions Australia will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by the customer by virtue of any delay in the despatch of goods.

Prices on the website do not include shipping costs, where applicable.

Standard shipping and handling costs are AU$10.00 per order for all orders less than AU$85.00 in value using regular eParcel Post or Aramex (larger items).

Lions Australia delivers goods Australia wide and to our clubs in Papua New Guinea. International shipping is charged at standard Australia Post rates.

Lions Australia is committed to servicing the clubs of the Multiple District with high quality customer service and quality products. We endeavour to ensure all products on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event an item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will place the item on backorder and fulfill the remainder of the order.

 

EXPRESS DELIVERY

If the customer requests express delivery of goods then Lions Australia will be entitled to levy an additional charge for the same.

Shipping by eParcel Express Post will be charged at a flat rate of AU$17.50 per order regardless of order value or destination within Australia.

If the purchase has been paid by way of a charge against a credit card then the customer authorises Lions Australia to charge the express delivery costs against the credit card and appoints Lions Australia as the customer's attorney for the purpose of effecting such charge.

 

Returns & Refunds

REFUND POLICY

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement

Customers must contact the Lions Australia Shop on 02 4940 8033 before returning any items.

Refunds for goods without a problem as outlined above will be made solely at the discretion of Lions Australia and will only be considered if goods are returned within 30 days of customer receipt. Such goods must be in a saleable condition for a refund to be considered.

All returned items must be accompanied by relevant paperwork.

Returns of customised Polo Shirts, other Custom items, and Peace Poster Kits will not be accepted unless there is a problem with the goods as outlined above.

Return of goods accepted at the discretion of Lions Australia will incur a restocking fee of AU$15.00 per order to cover administration costs.
